I’m looking forward to sharing a lot more about this project in the coming months. For the moment, I’ll just say that a bunch of creative people seem to be having a ton of fun to this point.

So here is another hint…Katrusha Skomorokh is working on the cover. (Hard not to love her work.)
Happy holidays. I wanted to let you all know that we have sent a check for $400 or so, our Hidden Gold proceeds for 2016, to the Therapeutic Nursery. This brings our total donation to date to roughly $1,550.
Once again, I want to thank the generous support of all the patrons and collaborators who brought this successful project to fruition. I will update you again after next Pennsic, when we complete the 2-year commitment to donate all the initial proceeds.
It’s Halloween weekend, and as some of you recall Halloween (or Samhain as it was once known) is the setting for “Tam Lin of the Elves”. So I’m having a Halloween sale for the Hidden Gold CD on Kunaki! (Equally important, it’s close to 6 months since my last Kunaki sale, and they delete the thing from their system if I go 6 months without new sales. The world of the indie artist.)
So from now until midnight on Halloween, the CD is only $9.00 plus shipping. (In the US, that means you can get it delivered to your door for just $13.30 total. That’s less than it sells for at events, this weekend only!)
So help keep this thing of beauty in the catalog, support independent music, and all the proceeds go to a school that helps kids with special needs.
Last night’s concert was wonderful and challenging (more on that at a later time). It did occur to me after that I failed to mention to people that the Hidden Gold CD is on sale at Camelot Treasures (Booth 030) and John Ap Wyn. If you liked my performances, or missed them and wanted to hear them, it’s an option to consider. (All proceeds continue to be donated through this second year.) Many of our favorite artists, such as Heather Dale, Ken and Lisa Theriot, Efenwealt Wystle, Emer nic Aidan, and Lorelei Skye’s Rhosaleen Dhu, also have CDs for sale, and I invite you to stock up for the trip home.
